DOMOVOJ apartments: general conditions for reservations, cancellation, and home rules
Check-in: after 16:00 -21: 00 (earlier or later check-in is possible upon agreement, fees may apply).
Check-out: before 11:00 (late check-out upon agreement).
Reservations
Reservations are accepted by telephone, e-mail and via our online reservation system. Guests at the booking indicate all the necessary information for the reservation and check what is included in the individual accommodation, that is apartment or room (max. persons, type of beds, availability of kitchen, bathroom, access / entrance). We are not obliged to accept more guests than registered, and to provide services that are not envisaged or possible for a particular accommodation unit.
We will send a reservation / voucher by e-mail with all the necessary information for the payment. Guests are obliged to pay in advance the specified advance guaranteeing their reservation. Payment can be made by transfer to a Domovoj bank account, by credit card or via Paypal. Payment with a card or via Paypal is done through our partner company Intersplet d.o.o. The entire payment for the accommodation or the remainder of the payment shall be made on arrival, in cash or with a card (over the Internet). We can provide all details regarding booking and payment via phone or e-mail.
Prices vary on different sales channels (website, Booking.com, AIRBNB, viaSlovenia) due to different discounts, promotions and various conditions of resellers. Complaints in this respect are not justified.
Cancellation of reservation
1 / Cancellation of the reservation is free of charge no later than 8 days before the announced arrival date.
2 / In the case of a cancellation stay 7 to 5 days before the arrival date, we charge 30 percent of the total amount of the reservation.
3 / In the event that the reservation is cancelled 4 days or less, and in case the guest does not arrive, we will charge 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
House rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all enclosed spaces; also noisy parties and the consumption of narcotic substances. Pets are not allowed. In the apartments and in all other rooms of the DOMOVOJ, it is forbidden to record and photograph for commercial purposes without knowledge and approval. The guest is obliged to settle the damage caused in the accommodation capacities before departure.
